The rooms are clean, spacious and have an attractive outlook. The bed was super comfortable with white linen and a mosquito net. Didn't see any mosquitos. Loved sitting on thr balcony watching Balinese life happen.

The homestay consists of 4 rooms (2 up 2 down), and we rented the entire homestay for our family of 7 (2 adults and teenagers) - so it had the feel of a private villa. The location in the rice fields is just beautiful and the staff were more than happy to meet us at the Ubud Central Parking to transfer all 7 of our suitcases on scooters while we walked in. The walk from the homestay to Jl Raya Ubud is only about 10 minutes in either direction on a mostly paved footpath, or you can easily arrange a ride on a scooter to bring you in (there is no car access). There are a couple of great warungs adjacent to the homestay along the rice field walk, such as Sweet Orange and EightTea Bali which had awesome food and great coffee. The owners live next door to the homestay and have two cute little dogs who come and say hello, we really loved feeling like we were in a real Balinese home. At night the rice paddy (which was in between planting but still a great view) was glinting with fireflies which was just beautiful. They are currently building 2 more smaller villas on the property, but we did not hear any noise from this as we were out and about during the day - it really didn't impact us at all, just a wave and a smile from the builders as they went to work. The rooms and linen were clean, beds were comfy and made up every day. The Air con and fridges were great, and there is also a kettle and a small bottle of water each on arrival (so you will need to bring in more water - there are shops at the Kajeng street end). The bathrooms were nice and spacious, but probably in need of an upgrade as looking a bit old. Overall, it was great value for money for our large family, and a peaceful place to stay so close to central ubud. Would definitely stay again!

Flyscreens on the bathroom windows would help, and maybe a refresh of the bathroom facilities. But not a big deal.

Incredible location, surrounded by rice fields and a few minutes walking from the city center. Friendly staff, very nice and comfy room.

The bathroom smelled like humidity and it could be cleaner.

Location in green area, 10 min walking to Ubud center. Quiet at night.

If you plan to go around by bike keep in mind that the only road going to the place is very narrow, can be pain to ride through. Also the property is not reachable by car directly because the roads too narrow for cars, but they will pick you up with a bike. The room should be looked after better.
