I was not able to check in as they did not have my room ready

Breakfast was OK, it was included with the stay. The bed was comfortable, however the top sheet was put on the wrong way (side ways) and the bed was noisy getting in and out of to the point of waking the person in the other bed. I found a pubic hair on the bathroom floor. Upon that finding, I got the disinfectant wipes from my car and cleaned the bathroom myself. I will not be staying there again.

Propery was unkept. Parking lot was filthy. The bathroom in the main entrance was dirty. The toilets and floors didnt look to have been cleaned in a while. The room wasnt ready and we decided not to stay. Our room was non refundable. Dont book until you see the property and read the reviews.

The reception area looked decent but was only for advertisement... The rooms do not get cleaned. Our bed had hair all thru it and several nasty stains on the sheets. The sheets were also all wrinkled as if they were never changed from the guests who slept on them before us. The walls were stained and gross and the rug felt like it hadn't been washed EVER. The receptionist said, "yeah we know, we can't get anyone to clean for us"... So bad. Unacceptable. DO NOT RECOMEND GOING HERE!! We ended up having to find another place to stay.

The bathroom was shabby, with dirty woodwork, peeling wallpaper, burnt out lightbulb over sink, bathroom fan not working, rusted heat register. Several electrical outlets in the unit did not work. TV remote did not work. Carpet was shabby, and the part of the floor which had linoleum was ripped and torn. Windows were dirty. Dining table chairs were scratched and worn. Staff tried to be helpful but seemed overworked and shortstaffed. Hotel room was not at all what was advertised on line.

Beds were comfy, but the latch lock on my door was fully ripped out and I had to put it back in. My bathroom ceiling was leaking water like crazy one night and when I asked to move rooms I was told it would probably happen in another room if the person above me doesn’t shower with the curtain in

The price of cheap compared to there in the same area , the breakfast was fine , met the standards. The staff were very pleasant . The property was dated , shabby and dirty, needed a big overhaul. The outdooor pool was good , plenty of parking , I was solo , the bed was uncomfortable but I didn’t hear noises or any disturbances.

If you're looking for a reasonably priced stay from which to travel around the area, this is your place. No frills, no glam. We took advantage of the free continental breakfast once and opted to eat out for the remainder of our days.

Positives- staff was very friendly and nice, has a fine free breakfast in the AM, has a small playground, strong a/c. Negatives- beds were terrible, like the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. I was in room 29 which had 2 queen beds. Both beds creaked so loud that any movement made such a loud noise it woke everyone else up. I ended up sleeping on the floor but it was so bad that my 3 yo would wake herself up when she moved in her sleep. My family was up the entire night which lead to everyone being exhausted and cranky. Also the bathroom had no fan so the bathroom got super steamy.

The staff was not happy at all.. we look’s like we’re bothering them…
