Breakfast was overall great

three people who came in early at 6am made plates and stacked for food and walked out the hotel never to be seen again. So I feel this happens often.

The property is nice and in a very good location with lots of different options of places to eat and shop. It was clean and the staff were nice.

I requested a room with a couch via a note on the app and a couple of emails but never received a response. On check-in day they were all sold out so I wasn’t able to get one. I was also misinformed about the other door that was near my room. I was told it was another entrance I could use but the key didn’t work and the sign on the door said exit only. Parking near the front door was limited.

The clean location and nice size rooms had plenty space. The recliner seat in the room was perfect for reading and just relaxing!

The staff were a bit unfriendly and no hot coffee/tea in the lobby upon arrival!
