I like that it was clean

That they say it was one amount and when I got there was another amount

Nice looking room until you used it

4 hrs power outage between 930 pm and 130. No notice, no communications. Tried calling hotel from my cell, phones were out as well. Front desk said city did it without notice. Bed tweaked like an old brass bed. Couch and chair too deep to sit comfortably. Shower handle fell off. Was able to put on temp. But wouldn't take shower because afraid it would fall off again and not be able to regulate water temp. K

Le parking payant 10$ , alors que l’hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale. L’autre côté de l’allée était gratuit , je ne trouve pas ça très correct !

Great location

The breakfast wasn’t very good not but only 1 fruit eggs had liquid in the bottom of the pan the sausage wasn’t cook but on edge , not happy that I had to pay to park at your hotel, maid never clean our room or have us fresh towels

The Hampton Inn & Suites Palmdale is a mixed bag. The common areas appeared nicely renovated. The breakfast area was well done and the fitness room (actually two rooms) appears very new. The young man working at breakfast was extremely dedicated and hard working. However if the room we were given was renovated, it was badly renovated. The tub had strange stains, and the glaze was already peeling, with reddish residue (rust? blood? see pictures) collecting around the edges. The bathroom floor boards didn't quite line up with the tub, leaving a dirty gap. The mounted bedside table was mounted at an angle. The sound dampening between floors was nonexistent and the hotel welcomes dogs, so we heard child upstairs jumping around and chasing his dog until 11 PM. I mentioned this to the front desk and the response was they would let management and housekeeping know. No offer to come and look, maybe switch to a different room. An inconsistent experience from room to service all around.

Staff is great and welcoming.

The entry door to our room is not aligned correctly and can see out and in from the hallway and in the room.

As others mentioned, $10 for parking unless you’re a Hilton Honors gold or diamond member. We had TV issues in 2 differently rooms. Beds not very comfortable. However, 2 extra stars for friendly, helpful staff, and awesome breakfast!
