Don't really want the world to know how lovely this hotel is because everyone who stays here returns again and again. I would be sad if I couldn't get a room. The staff are so obliging and remember their return guests.

The guests that insist on putting towels on the sunbeds at 6am then turn up at lunchtime! The hotel is employing someone that is about to rectify this .

The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to each day. Additionally, the pool and the range of activities available were nice additions.

While the hotel has some positive aspects, our overall experience was extremely disappointing and left us feeling unsafe and frustrated. The room itself had several maintenance issues. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout our stay, and one of the shower jets was broken. While these may seem like minor issues, they reflected a general lack of attention to maintenance and quality control. The location was also less convenient than expected. The hotel is quite far from many of the main attractions. Arranging transportation through the hotel reception was unreliable, as taxis would frequently arrive late or cancel altogether, and staff often failed to inform us, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. Renting a car may be a better option, but parking near the hotel is difficult to find. Public transportation was not a practical alternative either, as buses did not run frequently enough to be convenient. The most serious issue, however, was security. During our stay, money, jewelry, and personal belongings were stolen from our room. What made the situation even more concerning was the apparent lack of security measures available to determine who had entered the room or whether unauthorized access had occurred. Future guests should strongly consider keeping all valuables locked away at all times. The hotel's response to the incident was deeply disappointing. Rather than treating the matter with the urgency one would expect after a theft had occurred on their property, we were told to wait until the following day to speak with the manager—the very day we were scheduled to leave. When we later asked to see the manager, we were informed that she was busy, despite seeing her occupied with other activities. It was difficult to understand how a guest theft was not being treated as a top priority. As a result of the incident, we spent the final day of our honeymoon at a police station filing a report, a process that took approximately five hours.
