The staff and the hospitality.

I have to start with Khun Eve Isriya at Reception — she is the number one reason I’m writing this review. I had actually decided not to renew my Ambassador membership, but after this stay, I’m no longer sure. Khun Eve’s service, friendliness, and genuine warmth are truly world-class. I traveled here alone, yet I never felt lonely. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. I even told her that although I’ve stayed here many times, I should probably start exploring other destinations. Yet somehow, she became one of the main reasons I want to come back again. She has completely made me reconsider my decision about renewing my membership. As always, Infiniti never disappoints. The food is excellent, and the team is fantastic—from the service staff to the bartenders. Having dinner at Infiniti and then being too full to bother with breakfast the next morning has somehow become my ritual whenever I stay here! Cheers to both the chef team and the service team for consistently delivering such a wonderful experience. My only disappointment was that there were no coconut candies at check-in this time. I absolutely love them and was genuinely looking forward to receiving them upon arrival. Cryyyyy! 😂 That said, Khun Eve’s kindness and charm made me forgive you this time. I hope when I return at the end of this month, my beloved coconut candies will be waiting for me! Thank you for yet another memorable stay.

Well-maintained hotel, excellent services

コスパ最強！スタッフの対応は温かい。ほとんどの客室がヴィラのようで、敷地は広いがカートで簡単に移動できる。ビーチは泳げるほどではないが、プールと合わせて日光浴を楽しむには十分。

アクティビティはプールとジムのみ。レストランのラインナップが少ないこと。レストランが２つあるが、メニューは同じ。

The hotel is in a quiet location in Pattaya. It is a very old hotel and you can see by the state of the rooms. Service at breakfast was good but the selection was not the best. Had dinner at Infinity and the food was good. Service was excellent and you could not fault the team. Challenge I had was during check out. I booked through the IHG app and it clearly showed that it included breakfast. When I checked out l was charged for breakfast. I showed her on the IHG app it included breakfast….after a long 15 minutes of her calling multiple people she resolved the issue. This does not reflect well on the staff as on the IHG app it clearly showed that it included breakfast but she still did not believed me even when I showed her what was on their IHG app. All you need is an incompetent staff and that leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Please check your bill carefully before you pay and keep a record of what is included. Would I be back after this….highly unlikely . If you have a staff that can’t even believed what she sees on the IHG app that really disappoints me.
