InterContinental Pattaya Resort by IHG

Intercontinental Pattaya is the best resort you can stay at in Pattaya Thailand . It is a very relaxing hotel that combines luxury with perfection . The rooms are so nice and spacious that are very well decorated . It made me feels as if it is my home . Beautiful nature everywhere and a stunning sea view with a beautiful sunset . We were staying in a room with a club lounge access . The club lounge was very nice and the food was so good and tasty . I would like to thank the hotel team because they were very welcoming, very kind , and very professional . My special thanks to Bank our kind waiter who gave us the best service , Ben the expert bar man . Also many thanks to Nicha at the front desk of the club lounge she was very kind and very helpful in all informations and details we needed . And finally I would like to thank Faii as well . They are such a wonderful hotel team . I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone seeking a luxury stay in Pattaya .

Unfortunately we only stayed there two nights but it was a great experience, great property. wish we had enough time to check out the beach more but it's right on the beach nice sand and best service and employees. We stayed at 2 IHG properties on this trip and both were wonderful and made her honeymoon extra special we have high status with Marriott and while they also were super nice , IHG properties left us handwritten notes and beautiful decor. Thank you guest experience team!

A luxury oasis of calm in the south of Pattaya. Had a wonderful eight days here. Excellent restaurants and the three pool complexes are lovely. The sunset views make you could be on any of the peaceful island destinations. If you a true five star escape from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya this is the place to stay. We will certainly be back, thanks for a great stay.

Had a great stay at the intercontinental, beautiful property with amazing views and friendly staff. All staff were great but 3 team members who really stood out with 10/10 customer service and great English skills were the following. Teerapan-my best friend during the trip. He checked me in and made sure everything went smoothly and I was well taken care of. He is also a foodie and I asked him for recommendations on local food and he suggested his favorite chicken spot at the night market. I asked him to draw me a map and he gave me a nice detailed map and the chicken was FIRE!!! I’ve attached the map. Thank you!! Isriya-she helped me check out because teerapan’s shift wasn’t on shift. Very helpful, accommodating, and made sure everything went smooth. There was a minor billing issue at checkout but she handled it quickly and efficiently, I felt well taken care of. Sutinan- I saw her sporadically throughout my stay and she always welcomed me with a big smile. Very helpful whenever I had a question or needed directions.

We had an amazing stay with our family. Junior Suite Ocean View is awesome, panoramic seaview from our own balcony, room is huge and clean. Lovely kids tent setup, what a nice surprise for kids. Special shout out to khun chaoguay for his warm welcome. I personally love the breakfast choice at Club intercontinental as well as the evening cocktails. Pool is large and fun to play. The planet trekkers kids club is not to be missed if you are traveling with kids. Dinner at infiniti restaurant is highly recommended for one of the best sunset in pattaya. Overall was a pleasant stay and definitely will come back.

We stayed for 8 nights here and wow it wasn’t a disappointment. The staff, the food the facilities all fantastic. We travel a lot so are used to nice hotels and this one is up there with the best hotels.
