InterContinental Pattaya Resort by IHG

We are a family of 3, and they have a room which has a King and a Queen Bed which was perfect for us sharing, and saved my brother from having to pay a single supplement - which is value for money in our book. This hotel is an oasis from the busyness of central Pattaya as slightly outside. It is built into the hillside and has several different terraces but don't worry, there are buggys available to take you from place to place if you have mobility issues. Staff in all the restaurants are friendly, helpful and take time to talk you if you wish. The Spa Team, from Jang on Reception, to Pha, Anna and Pepsi who gave my mother, brother and me our treatments is outstanding and value for money considering what we would have paid for a 90 minute treatment in the UK. Prior to arriving, my brother received an email, informing us of a party on the day we were arrived, so you could avoid the area if you wished.

I had an exceptional Thai massage at the InterContinental Pattaya, and Pha truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment the treatment began, her professionalism, skill, and calm presence stood out. She has an incredible sense of pressure—strong yet perfectly balanced—and clearly understands the body and its tension points. The massage was both deeply relaxing and therapeutic, leaving me feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely at ease. Pha’s technique was precise and intuitive, and she took great care to ensure my comfort throughout the session. Combined with the serene setting of the spa, it was exactly the level of quality you expect from a luxury resort. If you’re visiting the InterContinental Pattaya, I highly recommend booking a Thai massage with Pha. She is truly outstanding and made my stay even more special.

Conclusion: I had a wonderful four-day stay at Intercontinental Resort Pattaya. The resort is an amazing place with exceptional service. The pool area is cozy and serene, and the club lounge is equally impressive. The sunset views from the resort are breathtaking. However, there are a few areas where the resort doesn’t fully adhere to the Ambassador terms and conditions. Despite this, I’ll definitely be returning. Review: I arrived at the resort via a private shuttle from Bangkok, which took approximately two hours. The check-in process at the club lounges was quite slow, taking about 40 minutes. I believe the issue was that the resort couldn’t provide the room upgrade I was entitled to as a member of the IHG Ambassador program. Fortunately, I received my upgrade the following day, but without any compensation. The resort is located in a tranquil area, with nothing but the resort itself in sight. Shops and restaurants are a 20-minute walk away, while downtown Pattaya is accessible in 40 minutes. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to downtown Pattaya. On my first night, I was assigned an older room that felt a bit outdated. However, on the second day, I was upgraded to a suite with pool access. The suite was incredibly spacious and had access to the pool area directly from the balcony. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, and the WiFi worked flawlessly throughout the resort. The pool area is a haven of relaxation. There are three pools at varying levels, each with its own unique ambiance. There is full bar service around the pools, and the hotel hosts a happy hour from 2 to 4 p.m. The staff at the pool area is exceptionally attentive and friendly. I had the privilege of accessing the club lounge, where the staff provided exceptional service. I made it a point to have breakfast at the lounge every day, which set a peaceful tone for my mornings. The club lounge offers an à la carte menu, while the buffet can be found at the main restaurant. Additionally, the club lounges host a cocktail hour from 8 to 10 p.m., where guests can enjoy a selection of cocktails, beers, and wines, along with some light refreshments.

الفندق لا يناسب العوائل اللي معهم اطفال لان المنطقة والذهاب للبحر تحتاج النزول من السلالم الارضيه وهي متعبه لكبار السن والاطفال 😁لان مساحة المنتجع كبيره جدا ومرتفعه عن سطح البحر
