We enjoyed a duo Thai massage at the Spa of the Intercontinental hotel in Pattaya. The spa itself is very luxurious and has a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable changing room with shower. Ms. Jang from the reception made us immediately feel at home. Ms Pha and Ms Kat gave the masssge and took very well care of our preferences. We certainly recommend a massage treatment here at the Intercontinental hotel!

Our stay at InterContinental Pattaya Resort was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The resort is beautifully designed, nestled in lush greenery with stunning sea views, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The service truly stood out: every team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel welcomed from the very first moment. The rooms were elegant and spacious. We especially enjoyed the serene pools, the private beach access, and the overall calm ambiance of the resort. Breakfast was generous and delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options and the afternoon tea was amazing ! We enjoyed two dinner set ups ar Elements and Infiniti restaurants, the food was exceptional and the views were spectacular! Can’t wait to come back

Великолепный отель, уютный номер, чудесные завтраки, отличная уборка, сервис выше всяких похвал!!! Восхитительная, ухоженная и зеленая территория. Были второй раз, опять в восторге!!! Первый раз были в классическом номере, второй - в люксе. Конечно люкс понравился больше!!! СПА-услуги лучшие в Паттайе !!! Порадовало меню в ресторанах Аля-Карт.

I had two 90-minute Father’s Day massage packages at the spa, both delivered by Pha, who is an outstanding therapist. Her skill, intuition, and professionalism made each session deeply relaxing and genuinely restorative — one of the best massages I’ve had. The experience was elevated further by the spa managers, Chollada and Kewalin, who were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Their hospitality set the tone for a truly five-star experience. The spa team here is a real credit to the InterContinental Pattaya Resort, and I hope Pha, Chollada, and Kewalin receive special recognition for the exceptional service they provide. I would highly recommend this spa and will absolutely return!

This was a most wonderful experience. Rituals, attention to detail and most cordial treatment were well imbedded in the experience. Both Anna and Tubtim made our experience memorable. Their abilities with their hands and careful choreography will be well remembered. Thank you both and the rest of the team for making us feel special.

We stayed at the Intercontinental Pattaya Resort from December 17–21 as part of our three-week trip to Thailand, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Although I travel to Thailand several times a year and usually stay with other international hotel chains, this was our first time at an Intercontinental, and we’re very glad we chose it. We selected this property because it was the only Chase Sapphire Reserve Luxury Hotel Collection (Edit) option in Pattaya, and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful, restful escape. The resort delivered that perfectly. As a Platinum member, we were kindly offered an upgrade to a higher-category room, but since it only had one king bed, we opted to stay in the two-queen-bed room instead. It turned out to be the right choice -the room was spacious and very comfortable for the three of us. The layout worked well, and the tropical garden and swimming pool view created a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight. Sitting outdoors with a stunning view overlooking Koh Larn Island was an unforgettable way to start each morning. The scenery alone made it special. The staff were consistently warm, courteous, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. We also enjoyed both restaurants we tried, the food and service were excellent. Overall, the Intercontinental Pattaya provided exactly what we needed on this trip: tranquility, comfort, and high-quality service. We will definitely return on a future visit to Pattaya.

Facilities were comparable with other big luxury resort chains and top boutique hotels. The service was very efricient and friendly. Food wasn't bad though was limited to a Thai and Italian restaurant. The spa was excellent.

Really awesome！I have a goooood time here and the service is the best all around Pattaya. Moreover, the tea and the oil also have great smell and taste ❤️
