We stayed at the Intercontinental Pattaya Hotel from December 17-20, 2025, and received excellent and impressive service from Khun Sai at the hotel's Club Lounge. Khun Sai offered interesting recommendations on food and drinks and engaged in warm conversation with a smile throughout. Furthermore, the accommodation, food, atmosphere, and all the staff we met, both in the hotel areas and the Club Lounge, were superb, as always on previous stays.

Really delighted by the excellent service provided to us throughout our recent Birthday Celebration stay. Very peaceful around the beautiful pools, where staff were so keen to help. The highlight was the Club Lounge experience which exceeded our expectations....great staff at breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. F&B superb. Housekeeping also top notch. Hope to make a return visit....soon!

"Wonderful Family Birthday Stay at InterContinental Pattaya Resort"

InterContinental Pattaya Resort is a beautiful, upscale seaside retreat that truly feels like a private oasis away from the busy city. The lush tropical gardens, sea views, and peaceful atmosphere make it perfect for a relaxing getaway while still being close to central Pattaya. We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile, especially Khun Ing-Orn. She knew that we were there to celebrate my son’s birthday. She kindly made cute bracelet for us. We’re really appreciate how attentive she was. Regarding the lounge, the staff are professional and offer proactive help, especially Khun Noon and Khun Fai. Service at the restaurants and poolside is consistently efficient and friendly, making the whole stay feel very well taken care of. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who want comfort, privacy, and high-quality service. It’s a place worth returning to and recommending to others.
