Our stay at the hotel was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything reflected a high level of professionalism and comfort. The service was impeccable, with friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff who made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The location is excellent, offering both convenience and tranquility, and the shuttle service was very well organized and reliable, making transportation effortless. Cleanliness was flawless in all areas of the hotel, which greatly contributed to the overall comfort and relaxation. The Club Lounge access was exceptional — elegant, well maintained, and offering excellent service and amenities.Breakfast is superb.The Christmas and New Year celebrations were beautifully organized and created a truly magical holiday atmosphere. It is clear that the management is deeply committed to delivering a true 5-star experience, paying attention to every detail and ensuring guests feel valued at all times. "Vacances de rêves à l'intercontinental Pattaya"

Le calme et la végétation luxuriante de l'hôtel, les différentes piscines super agréable pour se détendre et en même temps l'emplacement qui est à la fois proche du centre de Pattaya mais sans les inconvénient du bruit et de la foule.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon

Nichtraucher-Hotel. Es gibt keinen Ort im Freien wo man gemütlich sitzen, etwas trinken und eine Zigarre rauchen kann. Der einzige Ort, an dem wir rauchen konnten, war der Balkon. Da wir unsere Ferien nicht auf dem Balkon verbringen wollten, haben wir die Unterkunft bereits nach sieben (von 15 Tagen) verlassen.

"Absolutely amazing massage 10/10"

I had the most wonderful Amburaya Massage experience with Mrs Kat, releasing years of stored up tension. Kewaling at the reception was very lovely and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Highly recommended- I will definitely be coming back! 😁
