I stayed at InterContinental Pattaya Resort for two nights and really enjoyed my time there. I loved the room — it was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I also really liked the view from the Element restaurant. The scenery was beautiful and made dining there such a pleasant experience. The staff were amazing as well. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Their warm service made me feel well taken care of. Especially, Isriya (Eve), is so friendly and kind. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay in Pattaya!! 🌊✨

We spent half part of our CNY vacation here with kids. Have to say this is the best resort we’ve been. Every staff was incredibly welcoming and kind especially Isriya!!! Love her passion for her work and really reminds me the younger me was also very passionate about working in hospitality industry. The facilities at the resort were really kid friendly. Our boys didn’t want to leave the pools at all. The kids club was not too big but enough for toddlers to young kids.

I recently stayed at InterContinental Pattaya Resort and had a truly memorable experience. The location is beautiful, and the lush tropical surroundings create a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you for the best experience.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it has been maintained quite well. What impressed me the most was the staff — everyone was genuinely kind, smiling, helpful, and truly service-minded. The Club Lounge was excellent. K. JJ, K. Nicha, K. Pang, and K. Noei took great care of us and were the highlight of our stay. The overall vibe is wonderful and doesn’t feel like Pattaya at all. The pathways involve hills and stairs, which may not be ideal for elderly guests, but buggy service is always available and arrives quickly. Personally, I preferred walking to enjoy the garden and sea views. For dining, we had dinner at Infiniti. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was good, and the service was very attentive. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was delicious — so good that we could hardly stop eating. There is a small beach area (likely man-made since the surrounding area doesn’t have one). You can’t really swim in the sea, but the sand is clean and comfortable for relaxing. The beach bar staff were incredibly friendly and even helped take beautiful photos. It was the perfect place to chill. Overall, we arrived with low expectations but left feeling truly impressed.

Stayed here 2 nights and had really nice time. The vibe was calm and relaxing, great for couples. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Love the large bathtub. The resort felt peaceful and not crowded at all. Amazing breakfast with lots of variety to choose. Club lounge was great too, really enjoy afternoon tea. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommended for couple who love private atmosphere. Such a great place to relax in Pattaya and enjoy the stay.
