Simpson Bay Resort Marina & Spa

Het is een prachtig goed georganiseerd resort met heel veel mogelijkheden op allerlei gebied

De wifi is echt heel slecht De medewerkers van de Front Office zijn dom, doen niet erg hun best om je te begrijpen en zijn ook niet erg behulpzaam en sommige zijn onvriendelijk.

Room service food was very disappointing, barely edible.

Uitstekende ligging en faciliteiten. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet en vriendelijk personeel.

Even before we arrived at Simpson Bay Resort, we were already impressed by how helpful and kind the staff were. We had been corresponding with them about some credit card issues after our booking was confirmed, and they were always patient and responsive. When we arrived, we were amazed by how well-equipped the apartment was. We especially liked that there were small shops (both souvenir stores and well-stocked grocery shops) and several restaurants within a five-minute walk. It really felt like a little city within a city. :) If you stay in the Beaumontia building, we highly recommend the D Pool area. From there, you can enjoy stunning sunset views and watch the local lizards roaming around. On our last day, we asked for a late check-out, and it was granted immediately without any hesitation. We were also pleasantly surprised that there were no additional charges. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
