"Hotel needs TLC"

I liked the size of the room and that we were on the 1st floor as asked

The sewage smell was absolutely horrendous, we couldn't stay in the room with closed windows/balcony door. Unfortunately 1st floor meant we were staying on the same floor as the group of teenagers/school kids and it was very loud even late at night..The bathroom was not the best with hastily prepared sideboard and leaking taps. It was our 3rd stay in 8 years and it is quite clear that things are not repaired and upgraded unfortunately

"Perfect spot"

Great location (ideal for hop over the border to Gib), very comfy beds, varied breakfast menu/choices etc. Nice pool area and views over the marina from my room

We stayed along with a gazillion kids baseball teams so the hotel was packed full of noisy kids. They were well behaved but the noise level in the public areas was so high, especially in the dining room where the noise just echoed and bounced off all the walls! I'm sure it would be quieter usually 🤦‍♀️?

"Better if not full of hundreds of loud children"

Excellent location and view. Great breakfast.

Hosted a boys basketball tournament and the kids ran rampant, loud, running down the halls at 2350. No room at the pool when they were there. Difficult to relax.
