"Great Gibraltar Access Base"

It is one of the most walkable hotels to the Gibraltar border crossing. It has rack for clothes drying. Breakfast service was nice to have. Onsite parking in the basement. Not overpriced.

It is a very large hotel and felt impersonal, even though the staff was friendly.

Gute Lage aber direkt an der Hauptstraße , man ist in 30 min in Gibraltar

"Convenient located 3-star'ish hotel"

Big room, location&view, quality and varied breakfast. Nice, professional staff, I was even advised to park for free on a nearby street instead of hotel paid parking. ;)

It would have been better without the inconveniences from the wing being renovated

"Only location is good."

Location is great if someone want to go Gibraltar by walk.

Facility, furniture, bed/bed mattress, towels are old. We booked 3 bed room. The extra bed was broken (one of the bed slats fell while sleeping!). We didn’t request to change the bed because luckily no injuries, it was already around midnight and we were so tied. Also, when we stayed this hotel, there was kids group stayed at same floor. They are so loud and noisy until over midnight.
