Restaurant on property.

Room was not ready despite being checked in and informed it was ready. Bed was unmade, no toilet paper, and a bottle of water was partially consumed. Several other patrons experienced the same issues during my two night stay including a botched sign in for the Illinois Route 66 chapter banquet. Understaffed and overwhelmed.

Breakfast was an extra charge so went out and ate outside of hotel

Was told I would not be able to check in until 3:00 P.M. Was there at this time and was not able to check in so I had to leave due to having a engagement. So I checked in very late.

The staff

All the young adults there on a conference. They took over the seating. I am disabled with cancer and my husband also has cancer. We found it very difficult to enjoy the pool or the restaurant. We couldn’t use either.

Close to the highway, plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

The Hot-tub was broken and covered up. There was no bars of soap in any of the hotel rooms. The Hot-tub was a reason why I booked it. No soap to wash your hands was a turn off.
