Não gostei do atendimento da atendente na hora do check in. Muito apressada. Esqueceu de dar os ticket do café da manhã, a cortesia da água..... A limpeza do quarto foi bem ruim. Entrou para limpar o banheiro, que deixou a desejar e não fez a cama.

The employees were friendly. My negatives are only later than average check in time and the parking situation isn't ideal, which might be a problem for people with disabilities. Unfortunately, the parking ramp that is next to the hotel was just condemned. The next closest ramp is a few streets over. If you do have a family member with a disability, be sure to ask what options they might have to assist getting to their hotel from the other ramp prior to booking.

Location is convenient.

The fact that we paid $1350 for three nights and breakfast was not included is unacceptable.

Rooms were big and it was comfortable having 2 queen beds as we were 3.

We were there only for 14 hours and mostly in our room and everything was fine.

The parking situation

The location was the best. The view was really nice. The place was clean, and the staff, minus the General Manager.

The description of the room was absolutely not accurate. It was a King Mobility Suit. Its supposed to accommodate for disabled people, especially those in a wheel chair. The bathroom is described as having a 3 x 3 roll in shower with a detachable hand held shower sprayer, and tub. This is no was was there. THERE IS NO 3X3 SHOWER THATS YOU CAN ROLL INTO. ALSO SHOWED TO HAVE A SHOWER BENCH SEAT. IT DOES NOT. THE SHOWER IS JUST A NORMAL SHOWER WITH 4 GRAB BARS. THE WORSTE PART IS, IT SHOWED A PICTURE OF THE SHOWER THATS IS NOT WHAT THAT ACTUALLY HAVE. THIS IS A ILLEGAL PRACTICE. YOU CAN LT ADVERTISE AND SHOW PICTURES, JUST TO NOT HAVE IT. I WOULD HAVE STAYED SOME WHERE ELSE. I CALLED THE DAY BEFORE AND EVEN LEFT A MESSAGE TI ASK ABOUT THIS VERY THING. . ZERO CONTACT BACK. ONCE I GOT THWRE AND NOTICED THE PROBLEM, I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK. THEY CHECKED OTHER ROOMS NO OF THE ROOMS HAVE THIS FEATURE THEY SAID. THE RIGHT PERSON WILL GREAT THIS TYPE OF SITUATION WITH A LAW SUIT. ALL IT WILL TAKE IS SOME PERSON WITH TIME AND MONEY, AND THEY WILL BE SUED. Also the Pool had wheel handicap lifts for disabled people that were totally dismantled. The breakfast they offered as an added buy on feature was a joke. Called a buffet. Literally 2 portions of food in all containers. All food was made in the morning, and was absolutely cold by the time you ate. The toster didnt work. There was no milk for ceral they offered. Had to track down staff at the end of the meal for a refill on coffee. They once again show pictuere of a decent spread and it looks legitimately done. How ever, this is not what you got. It was a second though. The place was clean. And the staff was nice, except the General Manager, or assistant manager, who neve got a hold of me. I had to deal with the person who was head of sales. She lied to me like a politician. Told me the rooms had there features. A asked it the Cayuga suit had this feature. She said no, i said thats the room you gave me.
