"There was constant because booking.com did not transfer the booking to the hotel."

Booking.com screwed us over and after having booked for my daughter’s graduation over a year ago, we get to the hotel and booking.con never transferred the reservation to them. Then YOU tried to make us STILL pay for a room that we didn’t get and threatened my husband if we didn’t pay a cancellation fee for a room we didn’t even get? We were left to scramble and look for a hotel over a graduation weekend …which was impossible. The front desk at the Hilton could’ve cared less and basically told us we were in our own. It was a horrible weekend that should’ve been a great one with rude employees from both the Hilton, but mostly from Booking. Com. I will never ever have anything to do with them ever again. Booking.com…do something about your employee that was rude and threatened my husband if we didn’t pay them for a booking I reserved a YEAR in advance. They said that they tried to call me several times, but I have no record of any such call. Plus they sent me confirmation that all was well with a welcome…got there…no such reservation.

Excellent overall visit. Family stay, we enjoyed the clean pool and hottub. Room was clean and in great condition. We were not going to eat breakfast here due to the negative reviews but I’m glad we decided to anyway. Breakfast was excellent, especially good for people with kids as there is a buffet. Excellent service and everything reasonably priced. The breakfast sandwich I had was as good as a nice cafe sandwich would have been. It was worth the 20% extra cost to eat here and not have to get fully ready to leave the hotel.
