Hilton Garden Inn Ithaca

The room was clean. Location was good.

I didnt like we had to park 2 blocks away.

The breakfast was good. The breakfast room was right off the lobby.

We arrived in Ithaca late Saturday night. The parking garage lies across Ithaca Commons from the hotel. At the time that we finally got to Ithaca, the Ithaca Commons had some possibly sketchy characters on it.

The employees were friendly. My negatives are only later than average check in time and the parking situation isn't ideal, which might be a problem for people with disabilities. Unfortunately, the parking ramp that is next to the hotel was just condemned. The next closest ramp is a few streets over. If you do have a family member with a disability, be sure to ask what options they might have to assist getting to their hotel from the other ramp prior to booking.

Location is convenient.

The fact that we paid $1350 for three nights and breakfast was not included is unacceptable.

Rooms were big and it was comfortable having 2 queen beds as we were 3.

We were there only for 14 hours and mostly in our room and everything was fine.
