Great location next to Ithaca Commons. The pool and hot tub were nice. Free parking. Restaurants and delis accessible from the lobby - very convenient.

The pool deck was dirty. Bathroom fan in our room didn’t work. The alarm clock in the room was 10 minutes slow and could not be adjusted. The parking was across the street in a multi -level parking garage, while we were expecting to just pull into a big parking lot behind the hotel. It would have been helpful to have directions to the garage.

Love the location, the staff, the picking up and dropping off at Ithaca airport, the pool and hot tub, the clean rooms and the reasonably priced breakfast place right in the samebuilding
