Chetan madhav at the Mandarin restaurant was so lovely and attentive. He kept me topped up with wine. It was cold in the restaurant but that didnā€™t ruin the evening

Lovely staff Amazing foods and restaurants with many places to go and see. A MASSIVE shout out to out to Madhav, Amanpreet singh and their team at the Mexican restaurant and some much food like tacos and they were delicious.Also they constantly checked on us and were extremely helpful.THANK YOU SO MUCH

"Recommend ā€˜El Mexicanoā€™"

We were staying at MGM Grand Muthu do Vale and selected to eat at their speciality restaurant ā€™El Mexicanoā€™ at Muthu Clube Praia Da Oura. The food was excellent and Madhav was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.

"Don't go if you have allergies or food requirements"

Poor vegetarian or pescatarian options so definitely won't get your value for money. Room design made no sense with a toilet behind the bathroom door so close the door stopped was underneath. All alcohol was poured from bottles with ice cubes in them so it tasted watery. Some employees were incredibly lovely (Nicole at front desk and a gentleman in the main buffet who helped with what contained allergies as nothing was labelled properly) whilst others were incredibly rude (dismissive and laughed in my face when I ordered a menu item that I could eat and rude when I said I didn't want wine, also rude to us when we asked for information on an attraction) so it was hard to know what you were getting. Definitely didn't feel like luxury at all and not worth returning. I work in customer service so I'm not naming any particular areas or dining locations for the rude service but I hope that all around it's improved.

The guys in our restaurant were amazing So welcoming polite..couldn't do enough for you ..one of my faves was (the weekend) end look alike (phwor) šŸ¤£šŸ˜ little smiler amhir ..made our holliday Thank you guys.. The guys on reception were amazing Cara is a legend ..what a beautiful human..we will miss you and so sorry we didn't get to say goodbye ..hope you chilled on your day of šŸ„° bob and the 2 young men thank you all šŸ˜Š Only thing we struggled with..was the bed ..2 singles together ..and walking to other hotels for food ..but all is forgiven with Portugal being beautiful. IF PORTUGAL WAS A CAKE I WOULD EAT IT šŸ’œ
