Location was good, and the room was nice.

There was a couple screaming and fighting in the next room in the middle of the night, and I had to call security a couple of times before it was dealt with.

Hotellet ligger i downtown nära till flera sevärdigheter CN tower,Nathan Phillips Square, Unionen Station, det gick fort att gå till Fifa festivalen, butiker, restauranger mm. Stora rum så att man får plats med stora resväskor. Fin utsikt över stan och vattnet, jag hade rum på våning 40. Bra bemötande från personalen fick hjälp med det jag behövde. Fick checka in tidigare vilket är tacksamt särskilt när man reser långt. Bra produkter i duschen från Byredo.

Något lät i mitt rum jag vet inte om det var AC. Lite bättre städning i kylen, sen förstår jag inte varför man inte har en toaborste på toan i Usa och Kanada, har varit på flera hotell där det här inte finns.

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre en suite au 35eme étage avec une belle vue. C’est un peu cher quand même quand on doit rajouter le prix du valet parking et le prix pour le chien
