We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Staying on the 35th floor gave us stunning views of Toronto, which we really enjoyed. The location is excellent, with easy access from Union Station and many major attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The only downside was the room temperature. Despite running the air conditioning at maximum cooling throughout our stay, the room remained quite warm at around 24–26°C. We informed the hotel staff, but unfortunately, we didn’t notice any improvement afterward.

The location was a perfect location for what we needed to do. The staff were exceptional and it was lovely to be greeted by the handsome young men at the door when we left or came back in. It was so welcoming. Check in was simple and the ladies were very pleasant. Overall I would recommend your hotel to anyone i know going to TO .

The room coffee.....man it was so strong I almost had to chew it!! Lol
