The restaurants are top notch. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The pool and beach areas are not overcrowded and so upscale.

The hotel is great, many activities to do. Definitely, the food and drinks are expensive but expected. However, the staff not all are friendly. They look like they don’t want to be there, definitely not the friendliest. Some ,I found not approachable when asked a question. It’s sad because gratuity is included/mandatory and some is not deserved .The hotel, food , amenities are all amazing. Definitely, if traveling with children there are things to do as well.

No paradise here, go elsewhere for half the price. Food and drinks way too expensive Royal tower needs remodeling Rusty furniture mold in bathroom Even charged for paddle boards and mini goal which is free of cost to resort. Nothing free accommodations that come with the resort for the price you paid anything to charge you for any activities Highway robbery resort
