Positives: The property was beautiful, and some of the staff provided great customer service, I would like to thank Ms. Lynette at the Poisedon Restaurant for the exceptional service that she provided us with you need more workers like her. The check in process was quick and easy. Negatives: WhenI got my room it was not cleaned properly. I requested housekeeping for my room on my 2nd day of being at the hotel and when I returned after being at the pool for 4+ hours my room was still not cleaned. I had to call housekeeping to get someone to come and clean the room. We got diarreah from eating the food at the Poisedon buffett. We were treated unfairly by some of the hotel staff. The same courtesy that was extended to the caucasian guests were not extended to us. Example to go into the aquarium we had to tap our room card but we saw caucasian guest being able to enter without doing so one more than one occasion. My overall experience is a 5 out of 10.

We all had a chance to experience what we wanted from our trip and yet reconnect during our meals in various restaurants. The beach was closed which made the pools a little crowded but still could find 4 chairs together!! Wish there were more seafood options by the pools.

Atlantis was amazing this is my 4th time staying on the property and it always enjoyable

Beautiful property! Pool and water slides were great to keep kids busy. Food is expensive but very good!!! We will be back

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The Royal has a great location, being close to the waterpark, the lagoon, the aquariums, and the casino. Everywhere you go there’s palm trees and marine habitats. The only bad part about paradise is it’s expensive, but worth it. We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back!
