Helena Inn - Airport

Location was great.

The people that ran the place. It seemed like every time I asked a question it was a inconvenience for them to answer it. Kinda rude.

tv had 5 channels very poor 1st room they gave met hadnt been serviced second room bathroom floor had ick around the edges the shower curtain rod was hanging nearly torn out of the wall... the desk chair had patches of the cover missing...the place could be ok with some maintenance and a decent staff that manned the counter instead of hiding in the back room,,, all in all..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Smelled of Pot. TV system broken, I suspect bill not paid so turned off. Homeless people in parking lot who I think were waiting for free rooms? Room smelled and was dirty with worn furniture. No one should go here.

Facility could not have been worse. Liked nothing. Did not stay the night. Left for our own safety and health.

We went to room and then left. They would not refund us. Booking.com has not refunded us either

The rooms was dirty, no TV, no WiFi, no vending machines and there was trash in parking lot. Very sketchy place

staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location for travelers. Had an elevator.

No TV connection. No breakfast.

Check in was quick.

I wouldn’t call it a breakfast when all that was available was t kinds a cereal and apples or bananas. It was the weakest example of a breakfast I’ve ever seen,
