Helena Inn - Airport

Continental breakfast was a joke. It looked like a tornado ran through there at 7:30am. Very unsanitary. I bet if the health department would come to this hotel, it would fail. F

Everything. It seemed like they hire anyone with a pulse. They are running it into the ground.

Absolutely nothing

Where do I start? Upon check in the guy that checked us in was not happy about working, and proceeded to tell me the manager was let go just a few days ago due to stealing customers deposits. I never got a receipt upon taking my money. And then when we get to room we saw the lock on inside door was broken, the TV didn't work, the place was gross, chair beside bed had body fluid dried. But thats not all! When we left we came back and used side door to go in and the security to that door was broken so anyone could come in. Then as we go up to room the windows in halls are propt open with objects and no screens. We requested a refund of full amount and booked another room nearby as it was unsafe. They never gave us back our room money and charged $83 on top it. Plus they removed the stay charge like ir never happened. So now we are screwed. We have zero proof we paid anything to them . This place is a SCAM.BEWARE

Was charged twice on my credit card from hotel, this is not easy to fix, is taking alot of time.

Location as great for my needs and the bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was clean, but smelled and the sink did not drained slow. Moved a chair in the room (it was sitting in a corner) and found garbage behind it. TV did not work. If you want to stay in a hotel, you pay a lot for little services. Seems to be the way it is. It serves my purpose as I just needed a place to stay for the night.

THE BED WAS OK

WHAT STAFF? ONE GUY WONDERING AROUND DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. ANOTHER GUY FINALLY SHOWED UP BUT WASN'T MUCH HELP EITHER. THE TV WAS PROBABLY 20 YEARS OLD AND DID'NT WORK. NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. THE BATHTUB WAS OLD AND GROSS.

Close to airport

Rude staff, dirty rooms such as random hair in sink, dead bugs in closet, TV only had 6 channels and remote didnt work, staff lied about fixing tv when all the tvs only had 6 channels, they even gave another room to try to help but that room had same issue, only the remote actually worked
