Helena Inn - Airport

Das Zimmer war sauber, wir hatten es aufgrund der vorherigen Kommentare schlimmer erwartet. Es gab Frühstück, wenn auch nicht üppig.

Das Umfeld war nicht so schön, es könnte alles etwas gepflegter sein. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr schlecht gelaunt. Der Fernseher ging nicht.

Says they have breakfast. They didn't. All that was available was toast. Don't stay here if you looking for free breakfast.

We stay here every single time we come to Helena, which is about four times a year and we are very pleased with the upgrades that have been done to the facility. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating.

First of all, this was over $100/night. The internet did not work-I had to use the family's personal wifi to get my work done. The TV cable was less than minimal. Most of the channels had no signal. I wont say the place was dirty but the dim lights gave the impression of being dingy. I have never seen a stack of broken air conditioning units just sitting in the lobby of another hotel in this price range. The included breakfast left a lot to be desired for a hotel room at this price. I would expect something like this at a Motel 6 or a Super 8, but not at this price.

Welcoming staff, clean room with coffee maker microwave and mini fridge. Walkable to one restaurant. Commercial area with some freeway traffic noise.

It was one of the worst hotel stays in my life. The shower is stained yellow and brown. We did not use it. It looked like there was crusted feces on the shower wall. The entire building had a terrible odor to it. We stayed on the third floor and the staff was storing giant bags of garbage in the hall next to our room. The entire hall smelled like garbage, rotting food on a hot day because they do not air condition the building. So imagine 100 degree hallways smelling like rotting vegetables and diapers. The tvs did not work. Then we stayed for three nights. The third night our key would not open the door. The guy at the counter said to us “oh we thought you left and abandoned your stuff. We showed him our 3 day reservation confirmation email. Also if you thought we left four suitcases of clothes, cpap machines, and toiletries wouldn’t you call us? While we were out staff came in and unplugged all our chargers, cpap machines and shut off our air conditioner. Then to top it off we left the next morning and the elevator closed us in and would not move. I was on the brink of calling 911 there was no elevator inspection info and the emergency button was not working. Finally the door opened after 3 minutes. We sprinted for the hall, ran down the garbage infested smelling stairwell and sped away! Do not stay here!

The outside of the building belongs in a third world venue. The outside of building needs major cleaning up and the front door looked like a truck drove through it. The reception area was dark and uninviting. The rooms were nice and clean
