Tv didn’t work

Hotel was clean and bed was comfy. TV didn’t work. No breakfast really offered. We came and went and no one managed the front desk without ringing a bell. Clean but needs quite a few upgrades.

Two ice machines and no ice to keep things cool on the morning we left. The breakfast was entirely continental, no waffles or pancakes, sausages, eggs and so on. Roomwas very nice with a desk and three chairs, one for the desk and two easy chairs for reading or sitting and talking.

The area around the motel was filthy and unkept, garbage everywhere, doors were not secure. It was load with people coming and going all hours of the night. Windows in rooms were not secure on ground level. There wasn't any "hot breakfast" as advertised. Breakfast was actually cold cereal and an outdated gallon of milk.

The exterior landscape looks like no one cares..the rooms need deep cleaning and the furniture needs to he returned to the dump yard. The walls in the elevator have never been cleaned. I will see what breakfast is like

1.) Front desk is left unattended for long periods of time where anyone can go behind the counter and take stored parcels waiting for guests. 2.) Air conditioners breakdown and poorly maintained. 3.) Bugs in the suite. Even when switcth to another suite get the same things. 4.) Front desk people unfriendly and dishonest. 5.) Had to get refund because checked out when found bugs in suite. Hard process to get refund. Refunds should be easier when there is found an infestation problems with bed bugs or bugs in suite.

There was no breakfast

I arrived late night to find no one at the desk with a sign stating they were currently helping other guests and a doorbell next to it which i realized goes to a back room thats tinted so you can't see in. Someone quickly came out though. Arrived to our room and noticed what appeared to be dried boogers stuck to the wall near the bed and a wet sagging ceiling tile above the toilet which indicates the toilet above most likley has a leak. Waking up after 3 hours of sleep and hoping for a decent breakfast like seen in the pics only to realize that the only thing available was toast with jelly. The cereal dispensers pretty much had crumbs in it, no sign of anything else being served, the coffee machine was empty and would only dispense hot water but didnt even have tea bags and never once saw an employee. Even the counters were disgusting and covered junk and a portion used for storage. Trying to check out and realized theres still no one at the desk but can hear people arguing in the back room. This time theres a sign that states do not rung doorbell to check out..leave key in basket. Even the key card envelopes have been reused so many times that they were torn, falling apart, new numbers written over each other. Then leaving you can see garbage and debri all around the parking lot and grounds Just purely neglected, dusgusted property, and staff always hidden.
