Heliotopos Hotel

With so many options for accommodation in Santorini it’s was a gamble to select a nice hotel, Heliotopos Hotel was a fantastic choice, great location with awesome views and the best staff. All without breaking the bank. Thanks Heliotopos hopefully we will be back XXX

Good quiet and safe location. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious with an excellent outdoor patio and a great view from the patio. We had a great experience and would return.

Great location with the perfect sunset view from the balcony. Elini is reception was great and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect for coastal walks and the there are lot of fantastic views of the Caldera along the walk towards Fira.

The most amazing views! Our room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - away from the crowds of Fira but an easy 20-30 min walk with amazing views the entire way. Several great restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, we were welcomed by Joseph and one of the Eleni’s, the check-in process was seamless and efficient. The hotel has 10 rooms all facing the Caldera and was absolutely stunning. The complimentary breakfast was amazing annd changed everyday, the attention to detail was impressive, from the bar tender and server. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was recommending local restaurants, providing extra towels, or simply offering a smile and a kind word, the team at Heliotopus hotel truly made me feel at home. Overall, I would highly recommend Heliotopus hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. The only downside is you need to consider if you are renting a car at least a 15 minutes drive around to find a spot to park at.

The place is in good location and have a very nice views. The staff was nice and friendly. The reception lady( Elleny) was beyond nice friendly and helpful. The down part in this hotel was the stairs. It was hard with a baby.

Terrible shower pressure but the proper and location itself is excellent

The Heliotopos offers one of the best views of the caldera. It was also one of the few that provided a restaurant as well as options that would accommodate 4 adults. While it was snug for 4 adults it worked out great. We even had a private veranda that let out right on the caldera path. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Heliotopos was an excellent value!! Make sure to book a premium table for dinner at the wine bar and be prepared for the best sunset of your life!!!
