The view from Heliotopos is stunning. We stayed in family room where we had small kitchen. Loved the balcony. Joseph is really helpful. He helped us booking the bus day tour around the Santorini island. The breakfast didnt have much choices, but very refreshing and fresh. George's freshly made orange juices is amazing. Overall a great hotel to stay. We had to walk Fira which is about 20 mts, not bad in the day time. Since the season did not started many restaurants near this hotel was closed. We had a 24/7 super martket illios, they have free delivery. Their food is really yummy. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. i will go back next year in summer.

We stayed in late November. We loved our cave room and the view was great. My only complaint is the food choice. Most of the restaurants are closed in the area. There is a restaurant at the hotel, which opens at 6pm, but the choice is limited.

The hotel was lovely and offered amazing views of the caldera. Breakfast was good. The staff was exceptionally helpful, too.

Beautiful views from this property... Staff was excellent in all respects... Breakfasts were great and helped us to start our day... Depending on your unit, you may have a lot of steps to climb... If you have a rental car or ATV, you will need to find parking on the street.... The property's pool is small... The rooms are all different in layout so ask specific questions.... Overall I would go back again to this location...

The location was perfect. It was at the top of a very high point on the island and the view was beautiful. It was a little bit away from town, but within walking distance. I choose this hotel because it was not in the center of town. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.
