There was holes in the wall. The space heater kept blowing the breaker. shower wasn’t that hot?

No tissue box in the room, no hot water in the shower. Wifi is glitching. No pool even though its on the pictures, no tea/ coffee at reception, no customer service on site or room service. Practically, you are on your own and there is nothing you can do if you get stuck. Would not book again ever.

Nothing, I had to leave a 11:30pm due to finding bed bugs in my bed

The fact that there was bed bugs in the bed and now I am having to argue and wait for a partial refund even though I did not stay the night.
