Niagara Falls Courtside Inn

Room could use more cleaning. Needs repairs.

They could have provided the breakfast.

The person at the front desk was polite and efficient. Not much to like very basic all around.

I did not have heat at night. It went down to 1 degree C. Sometime at the middle of the night there seems to be a crowd outside. This crowd was loud and disruptive. I found out later they also used a fire extinguisher outside my room.

I like that it was close to some restaurants and we could walk down to the falls

I didn't like the way the room was for the cost of the money and also charging $10 for parking when we're already have a room. That is the first time in 5 years that I've been to Niagara falls renting a hotel room and I had to pay for parking Only left with one towel. One toilet paper had to go get some more furniture was busted up. There was wax all over our floor. We had no tissues in our room. Furniture was very old and we didn't see staff around at all walking the premises slat all. I will not be unfortunately renting out a room from here again.

Lack of outlets, lack of accessories in the bathroom, not enough pillows, fridge wasn’t cold, the room has a musty odour, will NEVER stay here again

The property was not clean Bed, sheets, wall and bathtub was even dirty! They charged us for parking which is not acceptable because it was not clear when I booked here.
