The room 12 is very very bad smell and report office and bed Not confort and the blanket bad smell and it Not saftey for kids guys .and No materal in the washeroom .

You can renwal all the room and change every thing guys the area is very bad smell . This place for homeless motel Not for guest . You can change Name homeless motel .

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly

It wasn’t very clean. They could put more effort into cleanliness and it wasn’t as close to Clifton hill as I wanted.

Cupboards missing doors and knobs.. baseboard heater hanging off the wall in the bathroom... no ice machine on the property... one out of two lightbulbs out in the bathroom and rude front desk staff that I had to call on the phone to get her to come and check us in because there was no sign of them. Will never stay here again and will stop anyone i know from going here.. There was nothing to like. Nothing.

Rien car je n est pas été admis car ma carte de crédit n étais plus valide ,mais j avais déjà tout payé. Mes je devais payé un dépôt de sécurité de 200$ avec la même carte.j ai perdu mon temps a expliquer mon problème et au final il ont annulé ma réservation sans frais et qu il vont rembourser sur ma carte non valide

Bathroom tile not cleaned and black mold. Bed sheets are not properly cleaned ,blanket was too old and contents inside separated.A/C has no button to control temperature.couch was dirty.

It's in a good location, and the price i got it for was good . The room came with a fridge and microwave.

I was here for one night frok thurs to friday - and thank goodness only 1 night ! Check-in is at 4 pm, which is an hour later than every other hotel ! Check out is still 11 am . Not table outside the room to relax outside, the TV channels weren't able to be watched. There was so much pausing thru out . And wifi was locked. i was able to connect to any of my games on Facebook or my discovery plus account to watch my show. the only thing ur able to use in the wifi is Netflix. And the room i stayed in stabk verh badly of old cigarette smoke that was inbedded in the carpet floors . I will not be going back to this location .
