Was very dirty, sheets had snot on them floor was not even swept and staff were rude, tv didn’t work

Dirty. WiFi didn't work. Disrepair.

Our room was nothing like the photos. It was very disappointing for the price we paid, in the way that it was ‘dated’ and had mismatched furniture. What was more disappointing was that the beds looked like they had been slept in, with the pillow cases wrinkled and the pillows tossed on both beds. The beds were not made properly. A stack of towels were placed on the microwave and the room lacked face cloths and hand towels. The tub was very old and tarnished and scratched.

Very bad , staff disrespectful,room dirty, no service available, no one care about anything, I think this worst place in Niagara Falls

Ruime kamer met goedwerkende airco en koelkast. Accommodatie ligt op 25 minuten loopafstand naar de Rainbow Bridge en andere toeristische trekpleisters. Restaurants in de buurt als je niet in de gekte wilt eten, maar liever wat rustiger.

De Courtside Inn ligt aan een drukke weg, veel auto's en motoren. Geen oversteekplek in de buurt. Het zwembad is veel kleiner dan op de foto lijkt en ligt voor de accommodatie, aan de drukke weg. Het bad in onze badkamer kon niet gebruikt worden (geen stop).

La saleté tout était salle et désagréable. La chambre toute salle des serviettes usées laissées dans la salle de bain. J’ai demandé à être remboursé car impossible de dormir avec les enfants. La seule chose qu’il m’ont proposé c’était de refaire le ménage et même jusque là
