It’s was for the third week I stayed in best western Leoso Hotel Leverkusen but last stay was not as pleasant as earlier ones. So overall it’s nice as rooms are spacious and free minibar . But the coversheets i didn’t find so clean but as it was near to Rathaus Galerie and leverkusen mittebhbf booked it for my business trip.And also others options were not available

The stay as ok but alot have changed in this hotel, like you have to pay to use tge pool, unfruendly staff, bad customer service, getting any thing fro site is an issue example ice for you room etc, no kn owledge of understanding guest, i brough extra guest this time and they said they won't come back to this hotel

"not a hotel for the summer months"

hotel specifies Air-conditioning in its room specification, however this not accurate. This makes the hotel uncomfortable in the summer months. additional the hotels rooms are very tired and in need to modernization / refurbishment.

"The House Of Horror’s"

Upon arrival (about 5pm), we found one employee at the front desk who had a line of four customers trying to check in. After some 10 minutes or so, we were helped and at the conclusion, there were an additional four people waiting to check in. Then we found our tv wasn’t working and the hairdryer also stopped working. There was no resolution to these problems. We were also suppose to have a King bed, but received 2 singles instead and we were simply told sorry, there was nothing that could be done. To top it all off, we were told the restaurant was closed and would not be available during our stay.
