Front desk staff. Cleaning staff. Cleanliness. Breakfast buffet. Comfortable area off lobby to visit with a small group.

Problem with prepaid breakfast. On checking in, I was told I needed to show them an email or receipt showing I had prepaid. None of my correspondence when searching past emails from booking,com broke down the pricing.

Just didn’t meet the expectations. We stayed here for our wedding. We had some of our wedding guests also stay here. We thought a breakfast should be included for the price. Was a nice facility but think it could have been more welcoming. We were supposed to have the upgraded , best King room . When visiting our wedding guests rooms they looked the exact same as our , so not sure what the difference in price was for. We were overall underwhelmed.

While at the hotel we encountered several rude staff members. When I asked them for a bag cart they said they couldn't help because they were the only staff member working, it was 10 AM on a Monday morning. I asked for help with my TV not working and they said there was nothing they could do and offered me a free breakfast. After I told them I have breakfast plans they just apologized and I ended up paying for a room that didn't have TV. The refrigerator in the room wasn't cooling any drinks we had in there. The showers cleanliness was ok at best. I called the main line for more towels and I spoke with a robot, never received any towels. The hotel is nice, a little out dated but still pretty cool building. Service was some of the worst I have had in a hotel in some years, definitely the worst for a Hilton property.
