"Good"

The room itself was fine, but there was no hot water for the entire building and we had to take cold showers after driving for 16 hours. When I talked to the front desk, all they could say was that the engineers had already left for the day and all they could do was offer breakfast vouchers, which we passed on.

This hotel is located in a great area if you are visiting Colorado State University. It is a nice hotel and dog friendly. Great walking paths near the hotel and restaurants within a couple of blocks. The main part of the hotel looks nice. The rooms are a little bit on the older side and could use a bit of an upgrade at this point. Otherwise it was clean and a nice place to stay.

Convenient for moving our freshman into his dorm, comfortable rooms

We chose it specifically for the advertised Tesla chargers on site, which we discovered to be replaced by for-pay commercial chargers, which was a bit of a surprise (using the Tesla ones is bundled for us and we have had this car for nearly 10 years!). This would have been annoying but whatever had the management even acknowledged the emails my husband sent asking about the false advertising. The lack of response certainly affected our choice in hotels for future visits, which is a shame given its proximity to said residence hall. The stay was fine, the bait and switch and lack of customer service was not.
