"Overall a good experience."

Overall it went well.

This was our second stay in Casa Medina this year and we got disappointed with room service this time. We asked for a jar of coffee and it took 30 minutes to get into our room. I had to go downstairs and get two cups of coffee from the restaurant. Asked for an iron. It took 45 minutes to get to the room. It is not a good look to remind the staff that it is a 5 star hotel.
