"El mejor lugar para quedarse en Bogota pero"

Muy bonito hotel

Hace falta mantenimiento, me quede en el hotel hace 3 años y se nota el paso del tiempo. El aire del cuarto no enfriaba bien, esto ocurría en las dos habitaciones donde estuve hospedado, ademas el aire era muy ruidoso en una de las habitaciones. aAlgunas habitaciones son ruidosas por el ruido de la plumeria y sanitarios de las otras habitaciones y por el ruido de los tvs y otros huéspedes. Me despertó el sonido del timbre de unos de los cuartos y por la persona q llevaba el room service a las 12:00 am. Por esa razón solicitamos un cambio y pagamos un upgrade de cuarto. En el restaurante del hotel (que esta en medio del hotel y no tiene paredes) hicieron una boda y había demasiado ruido desde el medio día hasta las 9 pm, algo incomodo considerando que el lugar es abierto y la música estaba literalmente a todo volumen Se nos quedo un jabón de cara en el cuarto de la primera noche y nunca apareció El personal del hotel es muy amable. Llegar a casa medina después de andar por la ciudad es muy agradable.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent location for dining and entertainment within walking distance. Loved the ambiance. Staff was kind and helpful. Great restaurant and speakeasy bar on site. If you like the rich atmosphere of antiques, leather and fragrant hardwood, this is the place for you.

Very chic boutique hotel & four seasons doesn’t disappoint as usual. The staff was friendly and extremely welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel to anybody with an eye for class.
