Rodeway Inn Richmond West End

Our reservation was CANCELLED by the manager AFTER we checked in he was rude, yelled at my daughter when she was walking our Pomeranian , we have a service dog and the manager discriminated and cancelled our reservation Booking, com has yet to credit our account I would not recommend this property

We were traveling through. The staff was friendly and kind. They accommodated us with rooms being close together and on the first floor for my elderly parents

The rooms could have been cleaner. The rooms were dark. Could use brighter colors and better lighting. The walls and door were dirty. The breakfast was disappointing. The bagels were stale. The waffle machine dispenser was not working properly.

Refrigerator and toilet leaked, floor was filthy and after asking three times for someone to clean it, instead the manager said if we left he would refund our money; but after they lied to us about cleaning the floor we felt they were lying about refunding our money, so we stayed and wore shoes the whole time in the room. The breakfast was stale fruit loops and raisin brand, some waffle, no coffee, no juice, nothing else but water. Bed sheets had stains on them, three pillows instead of four and my girlfriend said her head itched for three days after.
