J'ai réservé une suite avec lit double et je me suis retrouvée avec deux lits jumeaux. Et on me dit que je devais le signaler pour qu'on me change de chambre. Pourquoi? Vous pourriez quand-même respecter la reservation initiale sans que vos clients aient à vous le dire. Ce n'est pas si compliqué.

Parcheggio da prenotare in quanto pochi posti a disposizione Buona colazione Buona posizione

Mi è stata assegnata una camera per portatori di handicap (fortunatamente io non lo sono) assolutamente non richiesta e quindi con poca privacy in sala da bagno . Fatto presente la mancanza di sapone nel dispenser del lavabo ma invano.
