Cloud House Sapa

Amazing staff, very gelpful and friendly. Location is great if you don't mind a short walk to the center. I liked it because it was more quiet. The house is clean. Great shower and a huge comfy bed.

There was no window in our room and there was a musty smell due to poor circulation.

The room we booked and stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. We tried to extend our stay but they were fully booked, but they offered us a windowless room with seperate bathroom on the third floor for a cheaper rate. The room was ok, it suited us as we were happy to stay there. The lady in charge was really lovely and kind, breakfast was an added bonus.

The host so friendly and helpfulness. They always asking do you need help. Bed very comfortable. Very good prices.

Maybe they should reduce the plastic like shampoo and toothbrush... The room i stayed have no window, it look like a cabin, if every room window available is perfect.

This is a great place to stay. The lady is so lovely and looks after you so well and nothing is a problem for her! It is super clean and she also prepares a great breakfast if you wish. Strongly suggest you book with breakfast! We also had our laundry done and it came back perfect.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Cloud Hotel Sapa. The value for money is amazing and the lady in the reception is so kind. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Located slightly outside of the city, it is about a 25 minute walk to the main area but it is a pleasant walk.

The woman who is in charge is the sweetest and most generous woman. We had food poisoning from a restaurant in the centre and she made us sandwiches and ginger tea to help us feel better. So kind. The room is very spacious, bed is huge and comfortable. Bathroom is big and really warm shower! You get given loads of shampoos, conditioners, body washes, toilet roll, water !
