"Cosy & affordable place with lovely host a little away from centre"

The lady that runs the hotel is so lovely, she was up & ready to let us in after our long journey arriving at midnight. The bed was not super comfy but had a really nice heating feature! Room is clean.

The location requires taxis or a commitment to walking 20/25 mins into town but this was fine. The hot water runs out quickly (may have been user error but seemed to only be hot for about 3-4 mins)

Clean and nice people, very accommodating.

Only recommendation is to have allocation for each sleeper for every room. For sanitary purposes. And 25 minutes to get to central.

Wonderful host and lovely space they made the stay in sapa the best experience of my trip. Treated with kindness and respect.

Location was just outside the cities edge much quieter. The outdoor food market was very convenient along with everything in comfortable walking distance.
