Beds were comfortable

The room had neither shower curtain nor soap, the refrigerator didn't work, and everything was covered in a layer of dust. The hallways were restricted by construction materials resulting in a fire hazard. Hallway carpets were very dirty. At checkout, the staff never asked if everything was ok.

To begin with, they didn't have my reservation, they gave me a room that wasn't the one I had requested on Booking.com, they didn't give me a solution to give me the room I asked for, they gave me one where I was keeping everything full of obstacles in the hallway, the staff doesn't help at all, they didn't provide me service since I stayed 5 days, terrible place, and the worst thing is that nothing in the photos looks like what you get to see in the hotel

Absolutely nothing

Inside was disgusting, dirty, floors taped down. Then onto our floor bugs in room, bathtub was filthy and floors had not been swept in forever. Lady at desk was rude and said they are just little bugs. We chose to lose money and not stay there.

The location was nice, but they need to tell you that the hotel is under major construction. I just feel like you need to put that on the website or when you answer the phone, you could least mention that y’all are working major, major construction, and repairs for the hotel, which you can’t get breakfast at you have to walk to the next hotel feels like we’re stealing food.

Très bel emplacement. Très bon service également. La vue sur la mer est partielle car la plupart des chambres sont de côté et non face à la mer. Était en en fin de rénovation quand nous y sommes allés et c’était déjà très bien. Rapport qualité prix c’est excellent!

Il faudrait dire que c’est une vue partielle sur la mer et non vue sur la mer pour toutes les chambres situées de côté de l’hôtel.
