Great value for a clean room with a view, well equipped, staff was very friendly and accommodating

I was a bit concerned that the door looked as though it had been kicked down before, but it seemed to have been refitted with a sturdy deadbolt and it seems like a fairly quiet area so it didn't bother me too much.

Front desk lady that worked morning shift behind the desk was very rude and was what she believed positive that me and my family member were not supposed to be there at all she wouldn't even explain to me why or what and when I told her we have four sisters that are identical to us she looked at me with a very ugly look and smirked also and said no I know you and her so check out very early when all around in the first place if that was so why was I okay to book the room and be in the room when I reserved it and paid for it the previous night and when I tried to pay for another day that's when she told me all of that and then on top of that did not give me my deposit back of $100 said that she seen me on camera smoking in the room which I don't know how that makes sense because there's only cameras outside and she would not even roll back the cameras to see that I was going outside every time I smoke cigarettes and then also what offended me mostly is she said there was drug paraphernalia now I am against that and every way and also I had an infant in the room so everything she was claiming that was left behind and the stench was already there when I walk in the room honestly the trash wasn't even all the way taken out there is baby cockroaches crawling around the phone and the floors in the bathroom were nasty and my baby also said that she thinks she got a baby Roach felt something moving so we had to take her to the hospitality ER so all around very bad experience at this hotel and I honestly would like to take this matter to a higher power and headquarters and call the bureau for y'all's business because I don't think I was treat fairly whatsoever everything was unfair and I felt like I was getting treated like stereotype trash so yes very bad experience I will never ever ever come back there or recommend I would honestly sleep on the streets behind a dumpster then even try to go back to that location any location of...

There is nothing I disliked

I loved that everything I wanted to do and go was within walking distance for me. So it was great I didn't have to drive around and pay for parking
