Very nice people, even let us check in early, coffee was good, actually worked excellent

I was double charged for my room and had to jump through hoops to even be eligible for a refund I am still currently waiting on a refund of 405 dollars. It's made our family vacation extremely stressful. I do not recommend using your card with this hotel or booking.com as I was told this is common practice. I hope this helps someone in the future. The hotel was In a decent location and had comfortable beds but came with a financial burden and a stressful couple of days of calling non stop and jumping through hoops. We are supposed to wait 12 days now to get our money back that was never supposed to be taken in the first place. If you decide on booking with booking.com make sure you watch your bank statements like a hawk my bank as well as the reps I talked to with booking.com customer service told me this is common and a lot of people get double charged.

Great location and clean rooms

Sketchy hot water some had it some didn’t.

The property looks great from the outside, but it is very old air conditioner barely blow cold air. It is definitely up for a makeover.

Right on the beach with a great view.

It was very dirty. The shower floor was black, and there where red stains on the sheets. Me and my wife slept in our clothes on a towel. There was strong evidence of roaches in the fridge and all of the electric fixtures and outlets.
