"Exceptional"

Location!! right across from the beach and within walking distance from a few restaurants. It's also close to the cruise terminals.

The pool looked bigger in pictures and there's only 2 chairs with the pool area.

Refrigerator broken and lead all over the room. Paint pealing off the walls roaches beds horrible

The room it self was extremely nice comfortable and big showers. Also location and location was convenient to the beach.

The ac wasn’t working, we had it at max and not cooling. We just got out of a hot sunny beach and no ac.. it was just air.

"Pleasant"

The front desk lady upon check in, was a bit rude. But aside from that, it was a pleasant stay. Literally have the BEST AC I've ever had in any hotel I've stayed in as well as hot water. It was so cold in our room. It was awesome. The beach is across the street. Boardwalk down the street. It was a nice stay. I wasn't disappointed at all. Will definitely stay again when we go back.

The front desk lady upon check in could benefit taking a class in customer service. Because she was a little rude.
