"The ambience of the place is lovely."

The location.

The disabled unit was DANGEROUS with water covering more than half of the bathroom floor after showering. Had stayed here previously 18 months ago and complained about the safety. You only need someone to slip and fall and you’d be in big trouble.

"A pleasant weekend attending an in-house event & stay in a comfortable and quiet hotel room."

Location close to the river, 60's dinner dance event was enjoyable, breakfast was nice.

We would have loved to have a room with a view across the river but although requested this wasn't facilitated. We went for a walk to the river as self compensation.

The hotel was comfortable and the suite lounge room was very spacious.

There was very bad Internet connectivity in the rooms. It was nearly impossible to do continuous work or watch streaming services. I also did not like being charged an extra credit card surcharge on top of the advertised price of the hotel.
