staff, room, place is very nice.

très bon déjeuner avec la possibilité de manger des produit locaux, la chambre était très bien proportionnée et le literie impeccable, l'emplacement en bord de mer était super pour accéder aux activités ou aux centres commerciaux. Le spa était super (très bonne qualité de massage), et l'hôtel est très aidant pour les sorties tardives (garde valise, possibilité de prendre un douche dans l espace spa, ou de continuer de bénéficier de la piscine.

les travaux en cours sur la plage, l'eau de la piscine était un peu trouble, certaines personnes de l'accueil étaient moins agréables.

It was all pretty good if i had to say anything Breakfast was little ordinary,

Breakfast options and that it went to 11am, the size of the pool and the waterfall, could go to the other side of the pool to avoid the bar area with loud music for quiet relax time, towels supplied for the pool, daily room cleans. The floats in the pool for relaxation. The waiters on hand at the pool area for food and drink orders.

Rooms are a little outdated and dark. Tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Loud music at the pool bar at times when quiet time was wanted.

A very large property with nice gardens and a big pool. Suited to families, so there were plenty of children.

The Kuta area has died, and a lot of the beach has washed away. The area has gone more down market and would not be an area I’d chose to stay in the future. We chose it for the last couple of nights to be close to the airport. The pool bar got a bit noisy later in the afternoon.

Really good resort. Large variety for breakfast. Pool was great with a swim up bar and extremely good bar staff. Restaurant was good food. Location was perfect. Spa was amazing and really good value for money.
